The European Sustainable Catering Initiative, is a sustainable consulting package which aims at enabling the restaurant to go through a green transition and reduce the wastage by providing sustainable delivery and take away solutions. This package includes the following: 

  • Carbon Impact Assessment 
  • Environmental Impact Assessment
  • Carbon off-setting program based on the Carbon and Environmental Impact Assessment Report
  • A trial stock of edible cutlery to contribute to the circular economy 
  • A trial stock of eco-friendly packaging boxes for delivery and take away
  • Tools to communicate this green transition of the restaurant on their social media or offline platforms
